Thought of you each time I tried the re-start on Friday , and thought of your EFFORT and SUCCESS over the past four weeks on the TM. And thought of it again today as I went to the pool and knocked out my longest swim yet 120 laps for a 6k swim after a midnight bike run brick last night. feeling okay again....THX FOR THAT!!
