My schedule once I hit my peak long run looks like "eat and run, but run less. maybe eat better. maybe."

I find the whole taper thing sooooo confusing. I'll probably buy a house or something, knowing my self control.

Oh I taper and I love it. I have embraced the taper madness except for the eating.

I am avoiding going into the kitchen at all costs.....haha!

Baking is tapering? Then I taper at least once a week and sometimes more.
