"Hot Blooded" - Foreigner

By the numbers . . . .

4 - days spent at the AZ Volleyball Festival last week.

25 - number of hours spent watching Peanut play volleyball.

4 - number of [full out] blocks she had

7 - number of aces

4 - number of nights she was asleep by 8:30pm

2 - number of old volleyball coaches of mine I ran into.

4 - number of times I passed by my old stomping grounds [from the 24 hour run]
I'm used to this:

0 - number of treadmills I saw outside the studio ...wierd

100 - percent chance there will be another 24 hour treadmill run.

321 - number in dollars to replace one freaking tire on my car.

2 - the number of Hokas I wish I'd have bought with above mentioned funds.  The "NEW" Hokas = LOVE.
[photos a la Peanut---this was an awesome 20 minutes . . . . I'll have to post the even worse & more hilarious photos one day]

2 - number of hours spent at Costco today.

3 - actual costco items purchased.

1 - number of ELATED daughters I have who will now be wearing contacts.

2 - number of worried parents the above mentioned daughter now has.

100 - percent chance she somehow looks even more beautiful now.

1 - additional guns the Pita will probably purchase [he'll say it's due to the above].

0 - ideas as to WHAT to buy the Pita for his BIG "40" coming up this month.

HELP!

What do I buy the Pita for the big  40?!?

Have her wear daily contact lenses and she will be much less likely to have any problems. They aren't that expensive--probably even less so at costco..... She will love them! Especially for volleyball! :) And I'm sure she looks awesome! You need to post a happy pic!

So many surprising and wonderful things... but... the one that made me do a double-take.

ONLY 3 THINGS at Costco??? I think there should be an award for that! :)

My hubby threatens to buy a cabinet to build and display a gun rack in for when our daughter gets to be that age.

I will never stress about what to get my own hubby - everything he ever wants would require another line of credit or a refinancing of our home, anyway!

My hubs is turning 40 in Sept. I'm throwing a huge party (not surprise), taking him to this beer place and sailing in San Fran.

Beth hit the nail on the head. Hokas but for target practice since I can't envision Pita in them.

How about videos of all your bloggy friends doing the Haka for him. Of course everybody would have to wear all black while doing it.

Too funny of a post. Awesomeness as usual.

As for the present --
sidearm = a new Glock
rifle = a 7mm is hard to beat

Both presents can be used to aid in the defense of daughter.

EMZ-

Need your advice. Do you have any suggestions for an ankle holster I could wear while running? A mother of 3 who was an avid runner was recently murdered while out running one morning near my hometown so I have decided to carry while running.

Thanks!

Wow, that's some impressive self-control at Costco! 2 hours and three things? I'm going today and will probably spend $300. Ow.
