I follow them already! I am sure this stuff is awesome, I use their liquid shot for my long runs and will use for my next half marathon, coming up next month. it is the best. I love it. No more stomach problems.

I think I read about this stuff on Chris K's blog. ?? Would you recommend taking this stuff before long runs or just races? Have you tried it a lot? Thanks for the links to their blogs. Off to see them now.

Curious to see what you think of the Optygen. I'm seeing this supplement more and more in the blog world, and have considered giving it a try before my next race. Jeff is the guru of supplements, and got me going with Ultragen as a recovery drink - which seems to work pretty well for me.
Looking forward to the treadmill extravaganza. I'm guessing you've already got this covered, but if you know what brand of treadmill you're going to be running on (not sure if you'll be using your treadmill) you should contact the manufacturer and look for a sponsorship from them in return for some easy advertising. Every little bit helps.
