Caroline said...

I bow down to you and your treadmill! I have your treadmill post up so I can keep looking at it and get it engrained in my head!

Evolving Through Running said...

Damn. Just .... Damn. Bad-ass.

So ... when (not if) you cross the 50-mile mark during your training, what kind of a buckle do you get? What is the official treadmill-ultra logo? If there isn't one, you need to set the standard.

Emz said...

ETR. Love that. I must get on that & design one!! :)

Neil Zee said...

I give it an A. Good Job Em. Lot's of 4's... all that matters..

Awesome job! What you did today is dead on with that song title! haha

Do you expect your training runs to surpass your 50 miler before the big day?

I still am constantly amazed - so excited to see what you will do...

Lisa @ Eat.Pray.Run. said...

If I did that it would be the END of my day. You are amazing ... and slightly freakish.

Wow! And on a treadmill. Serious Mental Strength Girl. Not to even mention physical strength/endurance. I'm inspired.

Your treadmill must have a Honda motor in it. ... that sucker goes forever!

Laima said...

That's an amazing treadmill run!

I seriously had to do a double take to look to see where the decimal point was.

Unfreakinbelieveable.

You are one bad mamma jamma!

ShutUpandRun said...

Good lord girl, you are on fire. Did you tie a 20 lb gummy bear on a string and hang it in front of the treadmill as motivation?

You rock. Plain and simple.

holy crap emz!!! That's impressive! :)

I think I'll shake up this comment board with a contrarian point of view. 41.44 miles. On a treadmill. Whoopee ding dong. I'm not exactly sure what you point is EMZ. :-)

coach dion said...

41.44, my first though was OH that is a long way on the treadmill, but not quite a marathon... Then I thought again, 41.44miles!!!!! OK this scares me, I only run a couple more miles a week than that...

Caroline said...

I found an "article" (not sure you can call it that)..in US Weekly about famous people who don't like running, I posted it on my blog and Mark Wahlberg said he would rather watch a chicken roast then run on a treadmill!!! 41.44 miles that is a few chickens!!!!

Silly Girl Running said...

I can do 41 minutes. Does that count? ;)

No, I'm kidding. Your training regime is amazing! And so is your dedication to your charity treadmill run! :)

it's all about pace said...

:::::speechless::::

PunkRockRunner said...

Mad respect.

That is all.....

fancy nancy said...

You are amazing!!! Badass with a capital B!!!

Matty O said...

So... I don't know that I can fathom running that far... but I thought of a couple of places that are 40+ miles from our house... and I can only laugh at the thought.

If you ran 41.44 miles from your house... how many cities away does that put you?! haha.

Great job!

1 word, "Epic"

Quinton J said...

blows my friggin face off.

you NEED to be on the commercial for that treadmill company.

Rae said...

Seriously!?!?! You are a machine!

Beth said...

Wow, how do you fuel/live through that? You are a beast…..a very pretty beast.

Jason said...

And after this to you find a way to make the day longer than 24 hours because that is super-human. Wow-O-Wow!!!!!

And I read the post about that 38 foot gummy bear but I am not entering. I cannot have that thing in my house as I would probably eat it in 38 minutes and have a pace of 1foot/minute.

Caratunk Girl said...

You are freaking amazing. I remember when I thought a 40 mile bike ride was long. Holy crap. You rock..
