I'm pretty sure

I'm pretty sure the quote goes like this, "A family that shoots togther stays together."

No?

Oh well.

So, how'd it go?  WE ALL had a freaking blast!

Here's a few photos from Saturday.

The lesson:

My lesson [took about 5 minutes longer than Peanuts]:

Peanuts pose:

Now, in action:

Her "hit":

My in action pose:

My "hit"[take that little glass cleaning lady]:

The best family outing in a while [minus the 20 minute bladder busting 4X4 ride to get there].

I would have included a photo of the Pita in action but his gun . . . well let's just say it looks a little agressive for a family blog post [semi-auto anyone?!].  It [the pita's new "this is what I got for putting up with her running gun"] IS awesome to fire.  Even I gave it a whirl.  Can't turn my head to the left but ehhhh it was soooo worth it.

How fun! I love shooting. We just did it a few weeks ago. it's a little bit stressful though trying to keep lots of kids behind the line of safety. sorry i haven't emailed you yet! I have been in survival mode. comments get made on a few blogs but other than that i'm a slacker/survivor:). i would love to hear from you though em! nataliekidd@cox.net

I've been shooting a few times. My brother and dad went often. I was good at it, but it was a bit scary to think that I was holding the power to kill someone. I'm nervous to have guns in my home, but I felt secure knowing my dad had one. That was until my brother showed up unexpectedly late at night and I thought someone was breaking into the house. My dad didn't grab his gun. He ran out in his underwear and yelled, "Knock it off!"

Turned out my mom forgot my brother was coming to stay after National Guard duty. We had a good laugh while my dad ran back to his room in humiliation.

This looks like so much fun! I used to shoot bb guns at summer camp but that doesn't really count does it? I like your action shots, you look like a real BA, and you legs look great! (oh my god and I the biggest creep ever?) Just thought you should know, I'm a little jealous. I need to start running again!

Once again I would like to take credit for the genetic pool that created Emz's legs. Tally so far -- abs and legs. What is next that I can pretend came from me???
