* Running another marathon this weekend - - - #11. We'll call it a "training" race. It's going to be rainy and COLD [58 degrees, I may get frostbite].
I have a "real" post planned for tomorrow, Matty-O, no worries.

Congrats on pocketing $60! I almost got arrested when I was there, I was 10yrs old and started playing the slot machines... my parents got a TALKING to by the security... oops.
ANOTHER marathon. Sheesh girl, gotta back off soon. You are the only person I know that has run that many. Aren't you sick of that distance yet?
Agree, training run. Work on form, nutrition, and pacing yourself. Here is something to try (since it is a "training run") go out about 30 seconds/mile slower than your race pace. Hold that for the first 8-10 miles. Then start doing negative splits, 5-10 seconds/ mile less. See how you feel. I am curious if our bodies will perform better if we "ease" into the race instead of starting out and hitting the cruise control button.

Oh my gosh: that butt is taking my appetite for lunch away (it's lunchtime here). Reminds me of last Saturday when I saw a guy sitting just like that. And I wouldn't have mind if it was a young, tasty guy but now he was old and too heavy. Bleh!
