And I watched some of the Rugby Sevens on TV, unfortunately I missed New Zealand, I only saw the semifinal between South Africa and England, then the final between SA and Fiji. It was a bummer that NZ lost in the semis, though I loved seeing the emotion pour out of the Fiji coach after the victory over NZ. It meant so much that his country won.

I’ve done a few 24 hour runs on 1km circuits, running around and around and around… but 24hour on the treadmill = totally crazy! But given the right charity I’d do it without thinking. You go do it! I’m sure it will inspire many.
