* For Molly here's the info on the "Howie Burger". I'd seriously, stop everything you are doing, fly out here and get one. You Rock N' Roll AZ People - you must, must, must visit Chelsea's Kitchen.
*Here's the Peanut's "returning home" photo. No worries, the armband is in her HUGE backpack.
Oh man, it was H O T & she was HOT & SMELLY. Her first words, "really Mom? really a coming home photo too?" Ahhhh, if she only knew.
* Guess who's an absolute idiot and signed up for this. Rebecca, if you are out there . . . . . . . . . . H E L P !
* This is the closest thing you'll see of my running man . . . . until Boston, anyway.
Love the aerial view . . . Thanks Tobey, for that.
* Saw this while getting my hair done. Horrible and hilarious all into one.
*Loved this fortune cookie from last nights take-a-way.
I think I'm carrying around a lot of "roots".
*[FOR BBD &Jon] - No need to be "a fly on a wall" when I'm at the keyboard . . .you get all of it. Ok, 99% ;) ---- What Peanut said when she read the blog from yesterday: "Mom, weren't you supposed to be running? You followed me instead? [she didn't pause long enough for me to answer] Well, I guess that was nice of you but you are not following me tomorrow. I am looking over my shoulder every 5 seconds."
*Loved this project Peanut just completed last night.
Asked her about the loving "kittens" part?! [news to me] "Well, I don't like cats but I like the way I draw cats" was her reply.
*After yesterday's post - I realized I need to enjoy my view MORE! So I took this photo last night.
*Only to turn and see this in the other direction. awesome.
*BUT did I mention what happened to me at 8:34 this morning when Peanut went to leave on her bike?
No joke. "Mom, I don't trust you."
Ya, I love you too kid. It was awesome to see you walk your bike across the street to the bike racks.

peanut is TOO CUTE!! i looove those clouds and the rainbow!!
I love the running man pic. It looks like you girls were having a blast!
Fantastic photos to recap all of the randomness!
Yay pictures!
Love the "handcuffs"...
I am think about doing the RnR Arizona so I will have to keep Chelsea's Kitchen in my mental roledex.
Great school project I may just make my kids do that it would be interesting to see how their answers change over the years.
Great pictures :)
I couldn't quite tell...is that a race that you run part of and ride a horse for the other part?
Loved the project peanut completed, cool pictures she drew and the answer to 'what do you want to be when you grow up' looks like it had to do with fashion! Nice photo of the rainbow coming out of the clouds!
Wow, that race with the horses thing looks quite interesting. Should be a good time!
She does draw cats quite nicely. :)
The HORSE race thing looks interesting ... I know the secret. You go to every horse in the place and tell them Andrew has placed a bet on them. I promise you they will all TIE for last.
Cute pictures.
Oh my goodness... she tied you to the oven! That's awesome!!! She sounds like one awesome girl!!!
I think Peanut is too awesome for words. I agree with the handcuffs, the only way to ensure Momma doesn't follow you all the way to school. Which is really creepy and kinda stalkerish. Can you stalk your own kid?
Good luck on the race. Are you running or riding a horse?
the horse race race looks pretty cool. Are you gong for the 50 miler??? that would be nuts!
hahahahah I love that she tied you up!! hilarious.
Love the stories about the two of you!
That race looks awesome! I could have gotten you to race the train with me!
omg seriously. you are freaking hilarious!!! i love that your kid tied you up! i love that she reads the blog...i just envision her giving you "the look" - it's awesome!!
and btw - horrible+hilarious=brilliant
it is what it is.
xoxo,
carrie
I'm not sure what is funnier... the fact that you TOOK a coming home pic or the fact that peanut tied you to the stove to prohibit a repeat on day 2.
I remember making those 4 square hand dealies. Good times.
A great picture post! I loved those 4 square games. I found one that my son did and some of the 'results' were things like-
2 punchs in the arm
1 elbo to the stomak
1 kick to the groan (aka-groin)
uh- he was 12 and apparently needs some help with some basic spelling.
I would gladly play Peanut's game, but I had to take a pass on playing my son's. =)
Tying you to the stove! HA! Hilarious. At least it wasn't your husband that did that. That would be something my husband would probably want to do.
Jeff-50. Please help. ;) what am I thinking?!
Adrienne- is that for business or pleasure?! ;)
Andrew- please start placing bets.
Your daughter is hillarious. i hope she never gets a hold of any functional handcuffs, for your sake.
Sounds like a cool race :)
Love your posts about your Peanut :)
Ok EMZ, I did a calculation and it looks like 25 Miles is the best chance to beat a horse. These horses are Budweiser Clydesdales that are wannabes. The 50 mile race is full of Hildago Palamino/Paint horses ridden by Viggo Mortensen. Please tell me you didn't sign up for the 50!?!?
Well, she does draw one cute kitten!!! Can't argue with logic!
I can't believe she tied you to the stove...baahhhhhh! That's an amazing view from your casa!
This post makes me worry about what my boys are going to be doing to me as they grow up - I'm very out numbered in this house ;-).
Love the rainbow picture!
I've run by Chelsea's Kitchen quite a few times but never thought to check it out- thanks for the recommendation!
Oh it's gorgeous there. Gorgeous! And Peanut is too..
I love the pictures of the rain clouds and rainbow! Beautiful :)
She tied you to the oven?
Note to self: do not brag about stalking successes on the blog...
that pic of her riding home on her bike is so sweet. Her look is like "what is this woman up to"?
Haha, you two are hilarious. Pretty heartwarming that you are both FRIENDS and have a great relationship. You don't see that a lot anymore in our country. Good for you!
50miler WHAT?! You is nutzo girl!
Good luck on that :) I hope you can stand running OUTSIDE for that long :)
Ha Matty-O...yeah...maybe they'll let her bring her TM.
This "Well, I don't like cats but I like the way I draw cats" is really good logic. Funny.
Are you sure your husband didn't tie you up?
I think peanut and my son should get married. We would have fun at the reception.
SU&R-. Yes. Yes. Yes. No video cameras allowed though.
Great post! I love that last photo! So funny!!
I love those things Peanut made. So fun! She is quite the artist.
This post is hilarious!
