Okay, so I'm probably the only one who remembers that skit from SNL like 800 years ago but it is sooooooooooo fitting for me today.
I took on 5 Miles 2 Empty's challenge.
Legs Challenge. Yikes. Ouch. Help.
So here's the damage.
Here's the warning: [say one word about the right thigh being bigger and we are going to have a huge throw down].
Say one word about the daisy dukes and Allie will come and tattoo your eyelids. [me/peanut - had a swim "party"{using that term loosely} Tuesday morning {starting day of challenge}]
The challenge. . . . .
Do lunges at least 3 times a week from Aug. 10 until Sept 10.
I think I already have internal bleeding, after two days.

Damn that is a tough challenge. My legs are so beat right now that stairs hurt really bad - lunges would end me. Good for you for stepping forward and taking this challenge!

Um, if you have internal bleeding, you may not be holding your form right. Very important it is to hold your form right.
Those legs don't look like they need any work, but go for it!!
Your legs are as long as my entire body. I reserved the right to use your leg photos instead of mine...maybe they can be my after photos! ;-) (That's if anyone is still reading once they see the before photos!)

I think this challenge should be postponed until next month because I can't do it this month and if I can't do it then really? Is it worth doing? Probably not.
Also, this is me NOT talking about your right thigh. Do I get some kind of award?

umm your thighs don't even touch. When am I gonna learn to stop reading this blog?? I should start this challenge, except my leg has been killing me for some unknown reason since my friend's wedding last saturday... yikes
Good luck with the challenge; it will totally kill my running plans for the rest of the year, so a no for me. My legs feel enough pain on the trails. Must agree, your legs are already perfect, challenge or no challenge.
Your different font and size format always gets my attention and keeps me reading along. Thanks for sharing your adventures in life and running.

Lunges... these suckers picked up my sprint big time last year. I would do them 3 times a week up and down the trail. People thought I was nuts. Not lying though, I was flirting with my HS 5k PRs.

Your legs looks amazing. I remember a time when I was 18ish when I had awesome legs with thighs that didn't touch. I'd trade you any day. I'm doing the challenge too. I'd be happy if my legs ended up looking like yours do now :)
Shut up right now- I might actually kill a few people if my legs would look like that afterwards. Hmmmm, I guess I could do some lunges. Like how many does this challenge entail?
