man I'm impressed by 14 miles on a treadmill let alone 101.5 I mean 101.2 miles. EMZ = running machine
Now that is impressive! Well done, awesome miles there! Seems you recovered well after the 50.
And everyone thinks I'm crazy for doing 11 mile treadmill runs... if the legendary EMZ can hit the treadmill for 14, why can't I? Sometimes you just don't have another option.
Geeezzzz! I can't think of anything worse (okay fork in the eyeball) than 1 mile on a dreadmill - 14! Sweet Lazy Daisy way to knock them down. Amazing recovery from your 50 miler. Most be something in that pickle juice!! Congrats EMZ!
I thought your last mile was to the bike shop to buy a new bike? What happened to that plan?
Very impressive! A 50 miler oh so casually thrown into the middle! Woot Woot Indeed!
Well done, Emz. I'm still so in awe of you and that 50 mile craziness that everything else is just playin' around.
You still wearin that buckle?
Best.Picture.Ever!
I think it would have been harder to get the 100miles if you hadn't ran 50 at one time...
so there's that.
Great running Em! your effort humbles and embarasses me a little.
WOAH! congrats EMZ =)
My favorite photo yet.
You're awesome!
And totally cute picture!
Great running- but even better is that awesome picture!
Great work. The fifty miler was like priming the pot. Not fair haha.
She has your smile :)
You running accomplishments are so motivating! And I really have NO idea how you manage to stay on the "dreadmill" for that kind of mileage!
Wow, I'm going to echo everyone else and say the mileage on the treadmill is most impressive.
You rock, girl!
Way to go on that mileage. Recovery is awesome. Some of us, depending on chemistry and all that other stuff, can just recover faster than others. It is what you get your body used to I guess. Congrats again, and on the race. BTW, I also do a lot of long runs on the treadmill, the reason being is obvious, to lessen the jolts, and to get more miles in the next day with out too much stress involved. Take care.
You are an amazing engine that could!
Okay, it's official! You're:
a. superwoman;
b. a rock star!
You are a running machine. Congrats.
I think you should be penalized for going over...
Congrats!!! You are awesome. LOVE the pic :)
I dont know what I am more amazed at the 100 miles or the ONE mile outdoors? You ok? I am worried about you, Ms Treadmill
