Slowmo - too funny. I ran the "new" course last year. This year they are going back to the course used in previous years. Apparently, it's better, easier & less hilly than 2009. I'll take that!! I took off over 40 minutes of my previous PR on this course last year [mind you my previous PR was my only other marathon AND 9 years ago]
Anyway.
I loved the course last year so if it's even better ...... I'm "in"!! :)
I have a pair of XS Sugoi arm warmers that I think you might like. They are white with big red cool looking spots on them. They were sent to me to try out and by Devon at Outside PR and we agreed that I would pass them on if they turned out to be too small for me. Hahaha!!! The Super Bon Bon song used to wake me up every morning for a while and drove me nuts because it was so loud. I like to wake up gently. I told Matt about it and he'll break out in "SUPER BON BON!" just to annoy me.
Nothing better than a happy marathon runner (maybe a happy ultra runner…?). That is a great photo, you are right, you can’t say no. Men can never look that good at 25.2.
Oh honey. Truly if I didn't love you I'd hate you. Not only are you gorgeous and do you have the most AWESOME abs in the world but you also are happy at mile 25.2? WHAT? Of course you need to go and run that thing. Walk in the park girl!

I am thinking since my first marathon is 12/5, being ready for a second on 12/12 is probably out of the question...
But I do have my thinking cap on for a destination race next year in either summer or fall... preferrably summer to escape the unbearable Texas heat.

Seriously mile 25.2 and not photoshopped? You don't even look like you are sweating. Did you stop and wipe your face and then start again?
At mile 25.2 which I vaguely remember I was a mess and could barely walk/run since both calves and quads were frozen.
I am jealous of that look and will be gunning for it on 12/5.
